I found this book to be extremely helpful. I had been a temp in
administration for four years after finishing Uni and a Post Graduate course
which I had failed.
This book made me analyse myself, and it's actvities enable you to discover your
values and your strengths. It also gives you tips on filling in application
forms, sending speculative job applications, it even suggests you to take an
employee from a company you are interested to lunch.
I am now a lecturer in a Further Education College and this employment is
something that reflects my values, my autonomy and my ideal environment. This is
due in part to this book.
I recommend it to people who are not enjoying the job they are in
at the moment, recent graduates and school leavers.
